Take photos of shelves & inside cabinets for reference of items replacement

Remove rugs / vacuum

Place contents of countertop items canisters in large ziploc bags if applicable

Dust ceiling / ceiling fans / light fixtures

Vacuum above cabinets and / or shelves (if open) dust any decor items

Remove all items from cabinets, shelves
-
Vacuum if needed to remove any debris

Wipe down shelves / interior of cabinets

Items cleaned as needed and returned

Wipe down cabinets doors / handles

Tighten any loose hardware
Washing Machine and Dryer:
Note: we will not be dismantling the machine by mechanical means

Pull from wall - protect floor as needed

Remove dryer vent hose - Vacuum with vent brush: Remove visible debris from vent attached to the wall only.

Thoroughly clean walls and floor

Thoroughly clean sides of washer and dryer

Wipe all seals on doors focusing on nooks and crannies

Washer : thoroughly clean laundry detergent and fabric softener dispenser

Washer : Clean interior
-
Dryer : Using the vacuum, remove all visible debris using the dryer vent brush

Wipe and shine fronts and tops, including any knobs of machines
